We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

ToolsTask provides free, browser-based online tools including calculators, converters, formatters, generators, timers, and other utilities. All tools run locally in your browser. No account, login, or installation is required to use any tool.

The service is provided free of charge. We may display advertising in the future to support hosting. Google AdSense is not currently installed on the site.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ToolsTask only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by anyone else. Specifically, you agree not to:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ToolsTask — including tool designs, source code, text, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is the property of ToolsTask and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may use the site for personal and commercial purposes, but you may not:

Our site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic. The Contact page uses Web3Forms to deliver messages you submit. Some tools load chart or PDF libraries from public CDNs. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites you visit from outbound links.

We do not currently display Google AdSense or other third-party ads. If we add advertising later, this section and the Privacy Policy will be updated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolsTask and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

At present, advertising code is not installed. Current third-party use (Analytics, contact form, CDNs) is described in the Privacy Policy.

Because we do not require accounts, "termination" in practice means we may block access from specific IP addresses or user agents if abuse is detected.
