Yes. All tools on ToolsTask are fully responsive and work on smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. The interface adapts to your screen size and supports both touch and mouse input, so you can use any tool comfortably on any device.

No. All ToolsTask tools rely on JavaScript for calculations and interactivity. Please make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings (it usually is by default). Without JavaScript, the tools will not function.

Yes. Most modern mobile browsers allow you to add any web page to your home screen. Open the tool you want, tap your browser's menu, and choose "Add to Home Screen". It will then appear as an icon you can launch like a regular app, without needing to install anything from an app store.

All calculations and processing for tools happen locally in your browser. Calculator inputs are not sent to our servers. Some tools use browser localStorage to remember preferences. The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits. If you submit the Contact form, your name, email, and message are sent through Web3Forms so we can reply.

Most tools work offline once the page has loaded in your browser, because all processing happens client-side. However, you must load the page at least once while online. Features that require external resources (such as PDF generation with downloaded libraries) may need an internet connection the first time.

Our URL shortener is a client-side demonstration tool. It generates a short code for demonstration purposes only. Permanent URL shortening requires a server with a database, which we intentionally do not run in order to keep the tool free and privacy-first. Use it to see how URL shortening works, not as a production shortening service.

ToolsTask's Invoice Generator lets you create, preview, and download professional PDF invoices in your browser — no signup and no subscription. Invoice fields stay in your browser (and optional localStorage); they are not uploaded to our servers. The page still uses Google Analytics like the rest of the site. Paid software typically offers cloud storage, multi-user access, and accounting integration, which we intentionally do not provide in order to keep the tool free.

The Invoice Generator supports over 50 international currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, INR, PKR, JPY, CNY, AUD, CAD, CHF, AED, SAR, and many more. Simply select your currency from the dropdown menu, and all totals, the preview, and the downloaded PDF will use the correct currency symbol.

ToolsTask is free to use. We may add advertising later to cover hosting. Google AdSense is not currently installed, so you should not see AdSense ads on these pages today.

We do not currently offer a paid ad-free version, and ads are not installed yet. If that changes, we will announce it on the site.
